Firstly, we need to know what it is you are ideally looking for in a property.

When it suits you, one of us will come to meet you and discuss your requirements, whether that in work or at home, or another venue, we can have an informal chat and each gain an understanding of what you want, and we can provide.

2. Area familiarisation tour.

Mainly a benefit to those moving to a new area, who need a general orientation of their desired area to purchase.

We can show you the schools, entertainment, and all the general amenities one would hope to be within close vicinity of they’re new home.

3. Comprehensive brief

After we have received your brief, this is where the fun starts! Within a day or two we will have a few options to present you when convenient. We will pick you up from work or home, or meet you at the properties we think you will find interesting, at a time to suit you. We will firstly present you with an itinery and the basic facts and particulars concerning a property which hopefully will be in line with your requirement.

Retaining us means we will carry on until we find that home for you, but it usually takes only a couple of weeks depending on the time you can allocate us for viewings, to find the perfect property.

4. Experienced negotiation

We’ve being doing this for some time now, and dealing with estate agents and vendors is our expertise.

You are obviously quite welcome to deal with any part you wish, at any time, of the purchase process, and we will just offer advise on how to structure the offer and give support if you already have a team that undertakes your business for you, however we would be delighted to handle the whole process for you, right down to arranging the mortgage lending options for you.

Don’t forget when you retain us, like no other we carry out a pre purchase survey, in order to verify the structural integrity and suitablility for mortgage lending purposes.

5. Comprehensive reporting.

Throughout the whole process we will keep you updated on a daily basis without fail as to the properties we are identifying and accepting or rejecting.

We are a very ‘tech savvy’ company and will send you photos, video tours and info straight to your phone or email.
